SnyggSports Affiliate Program — Terms of Service

Welcome to the SnyggSports Affiliate Program. By signing up to be an affiliate (“Affiliate”) of the SnyggSports program, you agree to abide by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read this document carefully before applying or promoting our services.
1. Eligibility
To participate in the SnyggSports Affiliate Program, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or have legal guardian consent.
- Have a verifiable identity and payment method.
- Own or operate a legitimate platform (website, social media, newsletter, or offline network) that aligns with our mission.
- Agree to comply with all applicable local laws, including advertising and privacy regulations.
2. Commission Structure

- Commissions are paid on net sales, excluding taxes, refunds, discounts, and chargebacks.
- A “successful referral” is a completed, paid sale made through your unique tracking link.
- Commissions are tracked using [Ultimate Affiliate Pro] and are visible in your affiliate dashboard.
3. Payout
- Payouts are made monthly via [PayPal/Bank Transfer] once the minimum threshold of [SEK 500] is reached.
- There is a 30-day holding period after a sale to account for refunds or disputes before a commission becomes eligible for payout.
- Affiliates are responsible for any payment gateway fees, as well as reporting income for tax purposes.
4. Prohibited Activities
We value transparency, ethics, and trust — and expect the same from our partners. Affiliates must NOT:
- Use false or misleading claims to promote SnyggSports.
- Engage in spammy or deceptive practices, including bulk unsolicited emails or fake reviews.
- Bid on our brand name or variations (e.g., “SnyggSports”, “Snygg Sports”, etc.) in paid search ads.
- Use cookie stuffing, bots, or link cloaking without full disclosure.
- Create misleading microsites or impersonate SnyggSports.
- Promote through illegal, hateful, adult, or controversial content platforms.
- Offer unauthorized discounts or promotions.
- Self-refer or make purchases through your own affiliate link.
5. Content & Brand Usage
Affiliates may:
- Use official marketing materials provided in the Affiliate Resource Kit.
- Request co-branded creatives once eligible for “Legend” or higher tier.
Affiliates may NOT:
- Modify logos or brand assets without written permission.
- Present themselves as employees or agents of SnyggSports.
6. Termination & Revocation
We reserve the right to:
- Reject any application for any reason, including brand misalignment.
- Withhold or revoke commissions if fraud, manipulation, or TOS violations are detected.
- Suspend or terminate an affiliate’s account at any time without prior notice in cases of:
- Suspicious activity or chargebacks
- Misrepresentation or misconduct
- Violation of intellectual property rights
- Breach of any provision in this agreement
If your account is terminated for cause, you forfeit all unpaid and pending commissions.
7. Disclosure Requirement
You must comply with all applicable advertising laws and clearly disclose that you may earn a commission when promoting SnyggSports (e.g., “I may earn a commission if you sign up through this link”).
8. Limitation of Liability
SnyggSports is not responsible for:
- Affiliate’s loss of earnings due to tracking errors, technical disruptions, or third-party issues.
- Any consequential or incidental damages incurred by your participation in the program.
Our liability will never exceed the total commissions paid to you in the last 3 months.
9. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Affiliates will be notified via email and/or dashboard announcement.
10. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Malmö District Court.
